A long time ago, there was a crew called NoobNation. Their mission was different from most crews. To help new users gain skill and exposure through community activity. It lasted for about 3 years but has died recently.
Rookie Regime was developed to relive that old mission in a new area of young flash artists. Still new, why not add some life?
